Our eclectic record shop features predominantly second hand collections sourced from across the globe.
We specialize in open genre music such as: Jazz, Ambient, Electronica, Hip-Hop, Experimental, Music of the World,  Soul, Funk and obscure.

Space

Our space was built and designed over the course of a year. Blending influences from the old and new, this layout concept was inspired by Japanese Listening Bars, auditoriums, future pop design and spaceships.  


Original concept & space design by son and Father Billy Caso and Martin Herman. Overall space build, furniture design and planning by Tom Herman (Space & Brand) and Agustin Baztarrica.

 Pastiche Label was launched in 2020 as a tape only label, but is at the beginning of it’s journey as an all format and open genre focused project.

Billy Caso / Uderon

Follow Billy Caso's open genre exploration with his new limited edition cassette series 'The Planets'.
A conceptual beat-tape & open genre sound collage series moving through a made up universe entitled the 'Exploriverse'. Discover new worlds within this psychedelic jazz and hip hop sound quest.

Episode one reaches Uderon, a grey industrial planet 235,000 light years from home. Find yourself flying into the depths, interrupted by strange local broadcasts and alien announcements. Although some things seem familiar, much is warped and confused in contrast to our ways of living.

Alien Jazz Ensemble / Quiet

Mysterious ambient jazz producer Alien Jazz Ensemble releases their debut album on Pastiche International. Written over the course of 2019 in Berlin and Los Angeles using a combination of vinyl sampling, sequencing and modular synthesis.

Expect lush foaminess met with manipulated clicking brushstrokes and mesmerising melodic frequencies.

Recommended to lovers of Jan Jelinek, Jon Hassell and Pole.
