Purelink is an ambient music trio from Chicago, United States. The group, comprised of Ben Paulson, Tommy Paslaski, and Akeem Asani, formed in 2020 and has been described as an "ambient boyband." Their debut release, the single Bliss / Swivel, was self-released in 2021, with both tracks later included on the 2023 EP To / Deep. Their debut full-length, Puredub, came out on March 18th, 2022, on a limited-edition cassette.
The trio began collaborating after Ben Paulson, known professionally as Kindtree, and Tommy Paslaski, known professionally as Concave Reflection, who had previously collaborated under the name All Light Hits U, met Akeem Asani, who had been releasing under the name Millia, in 2019. They began playing music together in early 2020, using Ableton Live to link their three computers over Wi-Fi, which inspired the name Purelink.
In March 2022, they released their debut album, Puredub, released on cassette by the label Lillerne Tape Club. Puredub was followed up by their album Signs, which was received warmly by critics, including favourable reviews from Pitchfork and Resident Advisor.

This is not a club night, think of it as a concert. Please arrive on time.
Our events are seated and comfortable with cushions and small sofas, please be aware the listening room has a no shoes policy. Our events are true listening events, please respect the DJ / Performance by not talking loudly or whispering during the show.
